Frequently asked questions

How long does delivery take?

Allow Netherlands 5–9 working days; Belgium and Luxembourg 6–12 working days. Every garment is only made after you order (4 to 7 working days) and then shipped to you. You get an email with tracking as soon as the parcel is on its way.

How much is shipping?

You pay shipping once per order, however many items you order: Netherlands €4.95; Belgium and Luxembourg €5.95. You see the amount in your cart before you check out.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. At checkout, simply enter the recipient's address as the delivery address. Not sure about someone else's size? Check the chest width in the size guide and compare it with a shirt that fits them well.

When should I order for Christmas?

Order by Wednesday 9 December (Belgium and Luxembourg: Friday 4 December) to have it before Christmas Eve. Because everything is made to order, we cannot promise on-time delivery after that date.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind, even if there is nothing wrong with the product. Register your return on the Returns page with your order number and email address; you will then receive the return address by email. Send the item back with the label still attached; the cost of sending it back is yours. As soon as the parcel has arrived, we refund the purchase price, and the shipping costs too if you return the whole order. Print error, damage or the wrong item? Then you do not need to send anything back: send us a photo via the contact form and you will receive a new one free of charge.

Why is an additional item cheaper?

Packing, payments and finding new customers cost us per order, not per item. If you order more at once, everything goes in one parcel and that saves costs. We pass that on to you: each additional item in the same order is €5 less, for up to 4 extra items. And you only pay shipping once per order.

Why is everything made to order?

To avoid waste. Every piece is only made when you order it and then goes straight to you. That way we keep no stock and make nothing too much.

What is the clothing made of?

100% combed organic cotton. The T-shirts weigh 180 g/m², the sweatshirts and hoodies 350 g/m². The design is printed directly into the fabric with water-based ink, without a plastic layer, so the print feels soft and breathes with the fabric. The ink is free of heavy metals and formaldehyde.

How do I wash my clothing?

Inside out at a maximum of 30 degrees, with a mild liquid detergent and without bleach or fabric softener. Do not tumble dry: let it air dry, on a hanger or flat, out of bright sun. Iron on a low setting and not over the print, or iron inside out. Do not dry clean. That keeps fabric and print looking good the longest.

How do the sizes fit?

The T-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies are unisex and true to size; the women's shirt is fitted and slightly shorter. Every product page has a size guide: click 'Find your size', choose man or woman, enter your height and weight and choose how loose you like it. You get a size straight away, which you can select with one click. There is also a size chart with chest width and length per size; a difference of up to 2 cm is normal for clothing. Chest width (measured flat, armpit to armpit): T-shirt XS 47.5 cm, S 49.5 cm, M 53.5 cm, L 56.5 cm, XL 59.5 cm, 2XL 63.5 cm. Women's shirt XS 45 cm, S 48 cm, M 51 cm, L 54 cm, XL 57 cm, 2XL 61 cm. Sweatshirt and hoodie XS 53 cm, S 55 cm, M 59 cm, L 62 cm, XL 65 cm, 2XL 69 cm.

How can I pay?

With iDEAL, Bancontact or credit card, via Stripe. We never see or store your payment details.

Are the designs in English?

Many are: a verse or word on a design is either in English or in Dutch, never mixed. The product page shows the language of the text. Our longer articles (Verhalen) are only available in Dutch for now.

Which countries do you deliver to?

To the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. Choose the country in your cart; you will also see the shipping costs there. Other countries are not available yet: let us know via the contact form if you would like to order from somewhere else.
