Register a return

Does it not fit, or is it different from what you expected? You have 14 days to change your mind, even if there is nothing wrong with the product.

1. 1RegisterWithin 14 days of receipt, with your order number and the email address of your order.
2. 2Send it backYou receive the return address by email. With the label on, and a note with your return number in the parcel.
3. 3Money backAs soon as the parcel has arrived, we refund via the same payment method. Within 14 days at the latest.

Print error, damage or the wrong item? Then you do not need to send anything back: send us a photo and you will receive a new one free of charge.
