A trace of faith, not a banner.

Trace of Faith started with something we kept noticing: there is little Christian clothing, and what there is, is almost always loud. Big verses, big graphics, only wearable in church or at a Christian event.

We wanted something you can simply wear to work, to class, to a meeting. Places where you cannot just wear anything, but where you do want to carry something of what you believe. So instead of putting faith on the front, we hide it in the details: a small trace, quietly worked into a clean, everyday garment.

How we work

Trace of Faith is an independent brand. We design within a strict style guide: small, calm and meaningful. Every design, every garment and every colour is reviewed by us before it goes online. Precisely because it concerns religious symbolism, we take our time with it.

Every garment is only made when you order it and goes straight to you. That way we avoid waste: no stock, no overproduction, no warehouse.

What it is made of

All our clothing is 100% combed organic cotton. The T-shirts weigh 180 g/m², the sweatshirts and hoodies 350 g/m²: sturdy, soft and made to last.

The design is printed directly into the fabric with water-based ink. There is no plastic layer on the cotton, so the print feels soft and breathes with the fabric. The ink is free of heavy metals and formaldehyde, and no water is used in printing.

What we stand for

• Without waste. Everything is made to order, from organic cotton with water-based ink. No stock, no overproduction, no piles of unsold clothing.

Across denominations

We belong to no movement or church and do not work with church organisations. The symbols we use, such as the cross, dove, hands and light, belong to everyone. We render Bible texts in our own words or in a rights-free translation.
